Our Policies

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. To help us maintain a reliable schedule for all of our clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

  1. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  2. Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows: If a cancellation is made on the same day as the scheduled service, or if no notice is given, the full service fee will be charged.

  3. Refunds: For cancellations made with proper notice (at least 24 hours in advance), a full refund will be provided or the service can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  4. Holiday Cancellations: During peak holiday times, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur additional fees due to high demand.

Aggressive Pets/Biters

The safety of our team, your pets, and others is our top priority. We ask all pet owners, spouses, or informed parties to adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Disclosure Requirement: It is the responsibility of pet owners or their representatives to inform us of any known instances of pet aggression, including attempted biting or attacks. This includes situations involving other animals, children, or adults.

  2. Timing of Disclosure: Aggression or biting history must be disclosed during initial consultations, profile creation, or at any time following an incident. Timely and accurate information is critical for the safety of all parties involved.

  3. Right to Refuse Service: For the safety of our team and other pets in our care, we reserve the right to refuse service for pets that display aggressive behavior or have a known bite history.

  4. Post-Occurrence Notification: If any aggressive behavior or biting occurs after services have started, pet owners are required to inform us immediately. We will assess the situation and may adjust or terminate services as necessary to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
